Lee is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Property Inspector.  He is a member in good standing of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and an associate of Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors.  Additionally, he is certified by the International Code Council as a Residential Combination Inspector, #5312046-R5
(building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing). He is listed as 'Marion L. Squier.'
